Why TheCrewHost for Brickadia?

Server infrastructure planned around Brickadia's real load: bricks, physics and wiring.

Power for Physics and Wiring

Bricks turned into physics objects, powered vehicles and logic-gate circuits are all computed server-side, and the Ryzen 9 9950X helps keep that work smooth.

NVMe for Huge Saves

Loading a world with millions of bricks takes time; Samsung 990 EVO Plus NVMe drives shorten startup and world switches.

World Control from the Console

Save the current world by name with BR.World.SaveAs and open any saved world with BR.World.Load from the panel console; autosave kicks in after the first named save.

Role-Based Permissions

Brickadia's customizable roles decide who can build, who can load worlds and who can touch server settings, all managed from inside the game.

Automatic Backups

Alongside in-game saves the panel takes regular backups, so even if someone wipes half the city by mistake you can roll back to an earlier day.

Brickadia server hosting at TheCrewHost begins at ₺240.00 ($6.00) per month for the entry plan, and all 7 tiers between 4 GB and 32 GB run on Ryzen 9 9950X processors with DDR5 memory and NVMe SSDs. Your server runs the official Brickadia dedicated server, started with a hosting token you generate from your brickadia.com account; you save and load worlds from the console and manage roles and permissions in game. The hardware lives in İstanbul, so players in Türkiye see bricks snap into place without lag. Load comes from brick count, physics objects and wire circuits more than headcount, and you can upgrade whenever your world grows.

What can you run on a Brickadia server?

A Brickadia server is a shared space where players build together, brick by brick, in real time. The game entered Steam Early Access in July 2025 and quickly organized itself around building communities, roleplay towns and competitive game modes.

The range of experiences you can host is wide. On classic build servers, everyone claims a spot and puts up houses, cities or giant sculptures. Because the Selector tool can turn any brick into a physics object, players also make vehicles with engines and seats, boats that float and hinged machinery. The wiring system, with gates and components, powers interactive builds such as working doors, elevators and scoreboards.

Communities that want competition gravitate toward fast combat modes and minigames. Whatever style you choose, the server's core job is the same: keeping thousands or even millions of bricks in sync for everyone while calculating physics and wire circuits at the same time.

How much RAM does a Brickadia server need?

Community guides put the Brickadia dedicated server minimum at 2 GB of RAM, so the Bronze plan with 4 GB is a comfortable start for a small build server. In Brickadia, though, what the world contains matters far more than how many people are in it.

There are three main sources of load. Brick count comes first: as a save grows, memory use and world load time grow with it. Physics is second: builds converted to physics objects and vehicles keep the CPU busy. Wiring is third: complex circuits with many logic gates are evaluated constantly. Several players loading large builds at once also causes short load spikes.

Our practical advice: Bronze or Silver for friend groups and mid-sized saves, Gold 8GB for busy build servers and physics vehicle courses, and Diamond or above for million-brick cities. Every plan uses the same Ryzen 9 9950X, with 4 vCores from Bronze to Diamond, 6 on Emerald and 12 on Xtreme.

How do the hosting token, port and settings work?

To run a Brickadia dedicated server you sign in at brickadia.com/account with your game account and generate a hosting token. The server uses that token as a launch parameter, so treat it like a password and keep it private. If you are unsure where the token goes on your server, our support team will add it with you.

The UDP port the server listens on is set by a launch parameter and must match the port assigned to your server. Basic settings such as server name and password live in GameUserSettings.ini under Saved/Config/LinuxServer, which you can edit in the file manager or over SFTP.

Plenty of settings can also be changed in game: as a player with the right permissions, open the game editing screen from the menu and adjust server options there. Brickadia's role and permission system is fully customizable, so you can let newcomers build only in their own area while keeping server settings and world loading in the hands of admins you trust.

How are Brickadia worlds saved and loaded?

Brickadia worlds are managed from the server console, and the console in our panel is all you need. Type BR.World.SaveAs followed by a name to save the current world, and use BR.World.Load to open a world you saved before. According to community guides, once a world has been saved under a name, autosave starts working for it as well.

This setup makes it easy to keep several worlds on one server. You might run a free-build world during the week and load a minigame map for weekend events. Make it a habit to save the current world before switching to another large one.

The panel's automatic backups run independently of the game's own saves. If a player mass-deletes builds or a save refuses to open after an update, you can go back to an earlier backup. Downloading save files over SFTP and keeping them on your own machine is extra insurance for cities that took months to build.

How do players join a Brickadia server?

Players can find your server in Brickadia's server list and join in one click, and because the list shows everyone who is hosting what, it works as a shop window for communities that want new members. If you would rather stay out of the list, friends can use the manual connect option in the join menu and type in your IP address and port.

If you set a password, it is requested on connect. Brickadia is in Early Access, so updates arrive often; after the game updates, the server files need to move to the new version too, or players may not be able to connect. If you are not sure how to update, just message our support team.

With the server in İstanbul, players in Türkiye connect with low latency, and players across Europe, the Middle East and the Caucasus generally have a good experience. In fast combat minigames, that difference is easy to feel.

Can you extend a Brickadia server with Omegga and plugins?

Omegga is an open-source tool from the Brickadia community that wraps the server console. It adds a plugin runner, a web interface for management, automatic restarts, timestamped chat history, kick and ban logs, and the ability to interact with in-game wires. Plugins can be written in JavaScript or TypeScript, and JSON-RPC support lets plugins in other languages hook in too.

Omegga runs on Linux with Node.js and should not be run as the root user, so setting it up depends on the environment. If you want to work with Omegga, talk to our support team first; if you want full control and your own user setup, our VDS plans with root access are also a good fit.

A server without plugins is still very capable: roles, in-game settings and console commands cover what most building communities need. Omegga tends to appeal to groups that want custom game modes, economy systems or detailed logging.

How to Set Up a Brickadia Server

  1. 1

Choose a plan that fits your community

Bronze 4GB works for a friend group; for a busy build server or physics vehicle courses, go with Gold 8GB or higher.

  2. 2

Check out and let the server install

When payment is confirmed, the Brickadia server files install automatically and you get access through gamepanel.hostingmerkezi.net.

  3. 3

Generate a hosting token at brickadia.com/account

Sign in with your Brickadia account, create a dedicated server hosting token and add it to your server's launch settings; support can help if needed.

  4. 4

Set the server name and password

Set the name and an optional password in GameUserSettings.ini; once you are in game, the remaining options can be changed from the in-game menu too.

  5. 5

Configure roles and save your first world

Adjust roles and permissions in game, then run BR.World.SaveAs with a name in the console so autosave starts protecting that world.

  6. 6

Invite players through the server list

Let the server appear in the public list, or send friends your IP and port so they can join through manual connect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what people ask most when renting and running a Brickadia server.

How much does Brickadia server hosting cost?
Brickadia plans begin at $6.00 (₺240.00) per month. You can pick from 7 options with RAM ranging from 4 GB to 32 GB, and each includes a Ryzen 9 9950X, DDR5, NVMe SSD, free DDoS protection and automatic backups. The plan table shows current prices.
Which plan should I choose for Brickadia?
Bronze 4GB covers friend groups and mid-sized saves. If you are planning a busy build server or a community that leans on physics vehicles, we recommend Gold 8GB. For million-brick cities and dense wire circuits, Diamond and above leave more room to grow.
What is a hosting token and where do I get it?
A hosting token is the key that lets a Brickadia dedicated server run under your account. Sign in at brickadia.com/account with your game account, generate a new token, and the server launches with it. Keep it private like a password; if you are unsure where it goes, our support team will add it with you.
How soon is my server ready?
Setup starts automatically when payment is confirmed. Once the server files are downloaded, add your hosting token and start the server; community guides note that a full startup can take a couple of minutes the first time. After that, save your first world from the console and invite friends.
How do my friends join?
If your server is in the public list, friends find it in Brickadia's server list and join directly. If you would rather keep it unlisted, they can type your IP address and port into the manual connect option in the join menu. A password, if set, is requested on connect.
Can I use Omegga or plugins?
Omegga is a community-made server wrapper that adds plugins and a web interface; it runs on Linux with Node.js and should not run as root. Because setup depends on the environment, we suggest checking with support first. If you want complete control, our VDS plans with root access are worth a look.
What happens if a player deletes builds?
Prevention comes first: give newcomers limited permissions and keep powerful tools like mass deletion for trusted players. If something still goes wrong, roll back to an earlier automatic backup from the panel, or load one of your BR.World.SaveAs saves with BR.World.Load.
Is my server protected from DDoS attacks?
Yes, free DDoS protection comes with every Brickadia plan. It operates at the network level, so there is nothing to set up on the server. For servers that sit in the public list and host competitive minigames, that protection matters even more.
My world has grown. Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can move up to a higher plan at any time, and your worlds, roles and settings stay in place. If world load times are stretching, physics vehicles stutter or peak hours feel laggy, it is time for a plan with more memory and vCores.
