Terms of Service

Service Provider: The Crew Host (Eternal Group) Website: www.thecrewhost.com E-mail: [email protected] Customer: The natural or legal person purchasing the services.

This agreement sets out the terms of use for the domain, hosting, VDS-VPS and ready-made website services provided by The Crew Host.

• Domain Registration: Registered in the customer's name, with the right to use for the duration of the term. • Hosting Service: The server resources required to host websites are provided. • VDS-VPS Server Services: Virtual server services are allocated. • Ready-made Website: Setup is performed on the customer's behalf with the designated design and infrastructure.

4.1. Customer's Obligations • The customer agrees to use the services provided by The Crew Host in accordance with the law. • Undertakes to make the required payments on time throughout the service period. • Agrees not to host illegal, harmful, obscene or copyright-infringing content on their website or servers. • May not resell, transfer or (unless otherwise stated) commercially exploit the services received. 4.2. The Crew Host's Obligations • Provides the infrastructure needed to deliver uninterrupted and secure service to the customer. • Aims to serve with 99.9% server uptime. • Responds to customer support requests as quickly as possible. • Does not share customer information with third parties and protects it in line with the privacy policy.

• Services are provided on a prepaid basis. • The customer must renew before the purchased service expires; otherwise the service may be suspended or deleted. • Once a service has started, no refund is issued for domains and special services. • For hosting and VDS/VPS services, a refund may be requested within the stated period (may vary for special campaigns and services).

• The agreement remains in force for as long as the customer holds a purchased service. • The Crew Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if the customer breaches the agreement. • If the customer wishes to terminate the agreement before it expires, no refund may be claimed.

• The Crew Host protects customer information within the framework of its Privacy Policy. • The customer is responsible for keeping account details confidential. The Crew Host is not liable for damages arising from use by third parties.

• Although The Crew Host takes all necessary measures to deliver uninterrupted service, it cannot be held liable for outages caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks or technical failures. • The Crew Host accepts no liability for data loss, commercial losses or other damages that may arise during the customer's use of the service.

• Any disputes between the parties are first sought to be resolved through negotiation. • If no resolution is reached, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply and the relevant courts have jurisdiction.

When the customer purchases The Crew Host services, they are deemed to have read, understood and accepted this agreement.

The customer consents to the use of the website address (URL), logo and project/company name of projects developed or hosted by The Crew Host for reference purposes on The Crew Host's website, social media accounts and promotional, marketing and reference materials. The information that may be shared is limited solely to the website address (URL), logo and project/company name. Personal data, contact details and private/commercial/confidential content are never shared. The customer may withdraw the reference-use consent by notifying us in writing; in that case the relevant reference is removed as soon as possible.
