TheCrewHost is the hosting brand of Eternal Group. The company behind it is Eternal Group Denizcilik Eğitim Makine Danışmanlık Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a Turkish limited company registered with the Alemdağ tax office under tax number 3810895422. Its business address is Armağanevler Mah. Saka Sok. No:4 D:6, Ümraniye / İstanbul, Türkiye.

You'll see the name written two ways, TheCrewHost and The Crew Host; both refer to the same company. It is the provider you contract with when you order, under the Terms of Service published on this site.

What does TheCrewHost offer?

TheCrewHost brings six services together under one customer account, from a small Minecraft server to a dedicated server with up to 256 GB of RAM. Each service has its own page with current plans and prices.

What hardware does TheCrewHost use?

Game servers run on AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processors with DDR5 6000 MHz RAM and Samsung 990 EVO Plus NVMe SSDs. Many game servers, Minecraft in particular, do most of their work on one main thread, so per-core speed matters more than core count. The 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X combines high clock speeds with plenty of cores, and fast DDR5 memory and NVMe storage shorten world loading, map saves and plugin reads.

VPS plans come in three CPU families (AMD Ryzen 9 9950X, Intel Xeon E5-2699 v4 and Intel Xeon E5-2697 v2), and the plan page lists cores, RAM and disk for each. Every VPS gets NVMe SSD storage and a 1 Gbps port, web and Discord bot hosting also run on NVMe SSD, and traffic is unlimited on game and dedicated servers.

Where are TheCrewHost's servers located?

All TheCrewHost services run from a datacenter in İstanbul, Türkiye; there is no other location. Being physically close to players and visitors in Türkiye keeps latency low, which you notice most in competitive shooters and busy roleplay servers.

İstanbul's position also gives generally good latency to Europe, the Middle East and the Caucasus. Real-world ping depends on each player's internet provider, connection and routing, so we don't promise a millisecond figure. If most of your community is in Türkiye, İstanbul is the natural choice.

How does TheCrewHost protect your server?

Free DDoS protection comes with every game server, VPS, dedicated server, web hosting and Discord bot hosting plan; there's no add-on to buy. DDoS attacks are common against popular game servers and can knock an unprotected server offline, and the protection is there to filter attack traffic before it reaches your service.

For your data, game servers get automatic backups and you can take manual backups from the panel, while web hosting is backed up automatically every day. We recommend SFTP for file transfers, and on VPS plans KVM virtualization isolates each server from its neighbors. Security is shared, too: strong passwords and an up-to-date OS, game build and plugins are the most effective steps on your side.

How do ordering and setup work?

You'll use two addresses: the customer area (my.thecrewhost.com) for orders, invoices and support tickets, and the game panel (gamepanel.hostingmerkezi.net) for managing game servers.

   The game panel has a console, file manager, start/stop/restart controls and backups, plus SFTP/FTP access. On a VPS you install your own software with root or administrator access; web hosting runs through cPanel.
